Color & CSS Studio provides free, private client-side utilities. Any CSS styles, hex codes, gradients, shadows, and color palettes generated or converted using our suite are 100% yours to use in personal, open-source, or commercial production projects with no royalties or attribution required.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Color & CSS Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Client-Side Execution Guarantee

All computations, contrast formulas, OKLCH/sRGB transformations, and canvas image processing execute strictly within your local browser sandbox. We provide this service as-is, without warranties regarding specific contrast compliance certifications under foreign legal jurisdictions.

3. Permitted Usage & Prohibitions

You may use generated CSS in any software, web application, design system, or media.
You may not flood or attempt denial-of-service attacks against backend telemetry endpoints.
You may not reverse-engineer or disrupt edge rate-limiting protections.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Color & CSS Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the operators or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of color calculations, contrast recommendations, or CSS rules.
